HOW TO REMOVE
Gently peel off the insert starting from the top edge and slowly remove it from your breast. Repeat on the other side. Put the protective films back on to prevent dust and debris from sticking to your inserts.
AFTERCARE
BOOMBA inserts do not need to be washed after every use, only on sweatier, dirtier days.
Hand wash only, do not machine wash or put in the dryer. To clean, wash gently using soap and lukewarm water.
