How to Return an Item:

  1. Ensure your item is within the 14-day return period and not a sale item.
  2. Fill out the Returns Form and enclose within your parcel.
  3. Send your parcel back to us at:

Once we receive and process your return, you will be issued an online gift card via email.

*Please retain your tracking information until your return is confirmed. An online gift card will be issued within 24-48 hours of receipt.

What Can Be Returned:
Items (excluding SALE items) can be returned for an Online Credit Note within 14 days of receiving your delivery. SALE items can only be returned if faulty. Sale items are any items with a discounted price under the sale tab. 

Return Conditions:

  • Must be received within 14 days of delivery
  • Must be new, unworn, with all original tags attached
  • Must not have any marks, smells, or be worn
  • Must not be Swimwear, Bodysuits, any Jewellery, or Underwear
  • Include the Returns Form with the item

  • Shipping Costs:
    The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return postage.

    Processing Returns:
    Once received, you’ll get a confirmation email and a credit issued within 48-72 hours. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. We will however, work with the carrier to resolve any claims related to lost or damaged parcels.

    Exchanges:
    We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

    Sale Items:
    Sale items are final and cannot be returned, except for faulty items. This does not apply to storewide sales (e.g., 20% off storewide). Items purchased during these periods, if not labeled as sale, are eligible for return for a credit note.

    Using Afterpay:
    Returns follow the same policy. Your Afterpay agreement will continue, and a credit note will be issued for returned items.

    Faulty Items:
    Contact us at admin@thefrontrowaustralia.com.au with your order number, description, and photo of the fault within a reasonable time. We will offer a refund, store credit, or exchange (subject to availability) for items with genuine faults.

    Australian Consumer Law Compliance:
    We are not required to provide a refund for wrong selections, size changes, or change of mind. Minor faults will be repaired or replaced. If not possible, a refund will be issued.
